About the Author


Judith Russell lives in the Panhandle of Florida, where, in her studio nestled in magnolia trees and alligators, she creates commissioned glassworks. Originally from Princeton, New Jersey, Russell is a graduate of the Atlanta College of Art.

She is the illustrator of popular children’s books including Dragons Are Lonely, Snuffles, Snuffles at Scotland Yard, and Little Black Sambo.

An enthusiast of twisted psychological thrillers, world travel, and gardening, Russell has written two novelsTo Clair and its sequel, Kill Her, James. She is working on a third novel focused on paranormal activity in the abandoned houses of hurricane victims.
